EDUCATION--EDUCATION--EDUCATION--The keys to a successful future.  This fact is true now more than ever before.  This website was created to aid higher education by presenting information on all of this country's historically and predominantly black colleges and universities.  It was specifically designed to assist these inistitutions in attracting students by providing prosective applicants, their families, and other interested persons detailed and comprehensive information on:

• Cost
• Location
• Financial aid

The website also contains valuable information on major organizations and institiutions that are closely associated with many of the historically black colleges and universities.  These organizations, which include:

• The United Negro College Fund
• Athletic Conferences
• The Reserve Officers Training Corp (R.O.T.C)
• The Tom Joyner Foundation
• Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund

These organizations assist the black colleges in carrying out their goals of provding a quality education by providing financial assistance, social & professional outlets and regulating intercollegiate athletic competition.
